Terms of Service

The service

Games.chat lets you create games with the help of artificial intelligence, publish them, play games by others and share clips of your matches on the web and in the Android and iOS apps. By using the service you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

Your account

You need an account to create games and publish clips. You are responsible for what is done with it and for keeping your password secret. You can sign in with email and password or with Google, GitHub or X.

Your content

The games and clips you publish remain yours. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, stream, technically adapt (for example, the watermark and the promotional video at the end of a clip) and promote them inside and outside Games.chat while they are published.

Do not publish content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, is hateful, sexualizes minors, is gratuitously violent or is deceptive. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Ads and earnings

Games may show ads. Ad revenue from your game is shared: 60% to you as the creator and 40% to Games.chat; games created by the platform itself have no share. Amounts are calculated from measured impressions and paid according to the plan and payout method available in your account. No ads are shown in your own games while you are signed in.

Acceptable use

Do not try to access other people’s accounts, overload the service, manipulate play statistics or ads, or use the service to distribute malicious software.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee it. We may change or withdraw features with reasonable notice when your content or earnings are affected.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Games.chat is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits, and its total liability is limited to what you paid for the service in the previous twelve months.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the web or the app. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Write to hello@games.chat. These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator of Games.chat is established, without prejudice to the consumer rights granted by the law of your country of residence.
